Cancellations


It happens. Sometimes someone gets sick, a family emergency arises, some very important unforeseen or forgotten event sneaks up on all of us occasionally. It could be in your life or a housekeeper's life. If your housekeeper gets ill, is kept away by severe weather conditions or for some other reason cannot get to the job, we will do our best to find a replacement housekeeper or work with you to reschedule the job.

Should you feel it best to cancel and/or reschedule your job we ask to be notified as soon as you decide to do so. We ask that you contact us no later than the day before the job is to be done. Our housekeeper's schedules begin to fill up days in advance and the income they earn for their family is very often the sole or largest source of family income. When a cancellation comes along that doesn't allow enough time for a another job to replace it our staff is disappointed.

* NOTICE *

If a scheduled job is cancelled by the customer - for any reason - less than 24 hours  from the time the job was scheduled, we reserve the right to charge the customer all or a portion of the amount that would have been charged based on the amount of time that was agreed to when the job was set up.
